Denofy is getting ready for its public launch.

Official example skills#

• Nine skills maintained by the Denofy team — including code-review, conventional-commits and debug-with-failing-test — all verified and MIT licensed.
• A hand-picked Featured section on the home page.

Imports, attribution and licenses#

• Import skills and subagents from other people's repositories with a free license. The package page shows Original by … · imported by … and the upstream path.
• The license is required and compared with the repository's LICENSE file; a mismatch costs the Verified badge.
• Original authors can claim an imported package after GitHub confirms their access.
• Auto-synced packages check their upstream repository for new commits every day. See Import, attribution & upstream sync.

Trust and safety#

• Report illegal content without an account, appeal moderation decisions, and reach the DSA contact point. Every moderation decision now comes with reasons, in the app and by e-mail.
• Strict security headers with a Content-Security-Policy on every page.
• The status page shows measured outages and incidents.

Easier to use#

• Copy the install command right from the package cards; author names link to their profiles.
• Search filters open as a drawer on phones, clearer empty states, 24 categories, a visible keyboard focus ring and better German translations.

Languages#

• Denofy speaks German: switch the language in the header or footer, or open any page under /de.
• Search engines get the matching language version of every page.
• E-mails follow the language set in your profile.

Signing in from the CLI#

• npx @denofy/cli login shows a code that you confirm in the browser. The token is stored on your machine, readable only by you.
• denofy whoami shows the signed-in account, denofy logout revokes the token again.
• Sign-ins can also be revoked under Settings → Connected accounts.

A big update for everyone who uses and publishes packages on Denofy.

Profiles and follows#

• Every account has a public profile at /u/<username> with avatar, bio, links, packages, collections and total installs.
• Follow authors to hear about their new packages, and follow packages to hear about new versions.
• Favourites (the heart) are now counted on cards and package pages.
• New settings: edit your profile, verify your e-mail address, export your data as JSON or delete your account.

Notifications#

• A bell in the header shows new versions, new packages, reviews, verification results and moderation decisions.
• E-mails right away or as a daily or weekly digest — every type can be turned off, and every e-mail has an unsubscribe link.

For authors#

• A new package editor with icon, screenshots, links (docs, issues, community, donations) and license.
• Invite collaborators as maintainer or co-owner, transfer ownership, deprecate a package with a successor or archive it.

Discover#

• Collections: curated public, unlisted or private lists of packages.
• Trending, New and Verified with 7, 30 and 90 days or all time.
• Similar packages on every package page.
